🍂🍺 NEW NAME. REFINED RECIPE. SAME BAVARIAN SPIRIT!

Remember Bavarian Analgesic? Well, the TTB wasn’t too fond of a b**r named after a pain reliever. So we gave our Märzen a new identity!

But we didn’t stop there. We swapped the Kveik yeast for traditional l***r yeast, refined the malt bill, and updated the hopping with Nobella and Callista.

The result? A beautiful copper-amber Märzen with rich toasted malt character, a smooth, clean finish, and exceptional drinkability.

Our Pumpkin Gnocchi is pure October comfort food:

🎃 Pumpkin Gnocchi: sautéed gnocchi tossed in a rich pumpkin cream sauce with shallots, nutmeg and fresh sage, then finished with crispy pancetta.

🍺 NEW NAME. NEW RECIPE. SAME FESTIVE SPIRIT! 🍂

You might remember this b**r as Fest Medicine. Well, it turns out the TTB isn’t particularly fond of associating the word “medicine” with b**r. So, we went back to the drawing board and came up with a new name!

And while we were changing the name, our brewer master, Zach, saw an opportunity to revisit the recipe. He felt a proper l***r yeast was the key to bringing out the best in this traditional German-style b**r. So we made the switch, refined the recipe, and gave our Festbier a fresh start.

Introducing FEST FORMULA! 🍻

Pouring a brilliant deep gold beneath a pillowy white head, Fest Formula delivers inviting notes of fresh-baked bread, lightly toasted malt, and a delicious touch of malty sweetness. Gentle earthy noble-hop bitterness brings everything into balance, creating a smooth, crisp, and exceptionally drinkable Festbier.

A new name, a more traditional approach, and a b**r we’re excited to share with you.
