This week’s winner is a man, a myth, a legend — Dustin.

At this point, we’re pretty sure he wasn’t hired by Buoys, he was born here. His blood, sweat, and tears are practically in the walls.

No matter the task, Dustin gets it done. He steps up without being asked, helps keep this place running smoothly, and does it all with a great attitude and unmatched determination.

Whether it’s a busy shift, a last-minute problem, or complete chaos, Dustin is always willing to jump in and help the team succeed.

We’re lucky to have him, and he should be proud of the example he sets every day.

His reliability, positive attitude and willingness to step up and help wherever needed has been a huge help to the teams ability to operate smoothly!
