The concept of SeaBlue began as an effort to create a dining destination restaurant that not only uses the finest high quality, locally produced foods, but also offers contemporary cuisine in a sophisticated yet tranquil environment. SeaBlue are involved in every aspect of the restaurant. Our travels and extensive background in the fine dining restaurant industry from Philadelphia and New York City bring our experiences to you in the small community of North Myrtle Beach. We use only the finest ingredients money can buy in our dishes. All our beef is USDA Prime grade or beyond. We feature delicacies like Wagyu Beef, Perigord Truffles, Iberico ham, and Hudson Valley Foie Gras. We strive to source all our seafood locally when in season, and all our produce is organically grown. We may appear to be more expensive than the other local restaurants, but our ultra-high-quality ingredients surpass the competition, and they do come at premium price. We offer a menu and a dining experience that transcends the current mainstream offerings. Our service is “White Tablecloth” fine dining with a small beach town neighborhood feel. Our highly trained team is very knowledgeable, professional, and capable of guiding you through our culinary offerings and providing a level of service commensurate with our award-winning reputation. SeaBlue has the one of the largest and most awarded wine lists on the Grand Strand and Myrtle Beach Metropolitan Area. We have held Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence” since 2012. In addition, OpenTable.com has awarded SeaBlue the “Top 100 Wine Lists in America”. We are also a 2025 & 2026 DiRõNA awarded restaurant. In addition, we were awarded #1 Restaurant in America in 2014 by OpenTable.
