We’re STILL obsessed with this featured cocktail from this weekend!

The magic of this cocktail started with the ICE! We brewed a butterfly pea flower tea and froze it into individual ice blocks, creating the beautiful color-changing effect that makes this drink so unique.

We crafted our own rosemary simple syrup and used fresh squeezed lemon juice, paired with grapefruit vodka and finished with a splash of club soda.

It starts as a beautiful light pink… then, as the butterfly pea flower ice melts, the cocktail transforms into a gorgeous shade of blue!

We polished it off with two dried lemon wheels—one garnish for the bride and one for the groom! Charlsi Konecny you were stunning!
