Qualifications
• Previous experience preparing Ho**ah in a professional establishment is NOT REQUIRED
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Key Responsibilities
• Prepares the ho**ah. Cleaning ho**ahs, mixing sh**ha, lighting coals, etc.
• Maintains awareness of current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations
• Replaces guest coals as needed
• Lets manager know which flavors need to be ordered/replaced
• Ensure optimal customer service at all times
