We are open today, NYE, 12-9pm! We have 3 different meads and 5 different beers ready for you to take home! Try a Portia Limonata Strawberry Mead mixed with soda water & lemon for a light and fruity refresher, or make a Black Velvet with our Laveau Stout & Champagne for a tasty twist on your New Year’s toast!

2024 was a weird, fun, and difficult year for us here at The Big Rip. We turned 11 and brewed less beer in the last 12 months than we have in any other year; but we also produced and released several meads. We didn’t have nearly the same amount of parties and beer releases such as Halloween, Black Friday, and Xmas Eve; but we did start working with ***rdykenight to host the most amazing, inclusive, and exciting q***r parties and happy hours! We also worked with who hosted incredible vendor pop-ups, craft nights, and served delicious food from their truck . We look forward to continuing to work with these folks and more in 2025!

Personally, I look forward to rediscovering my passion of brewing beer and am excited to get back to creating fun and tasty recipes for y’all. We are down to 6 of our 12 taps being full right now, we just needed a little reset and refresh as we enter the new year.
