This week’s Meet the District Monday spotlight is Michael, owner of Melt Box Ice Cream and the reason so many of us suddenly have room for dessert!

Michael is the mastermind behind the creative flavors and sweet treats that keep people coming back for “just one more bite” (or in our case, one more scoop 🍨)

After the KC heat we’ve had this summer, we’d be lying if we said Melt Box wasn’t one of our favorite ways to cool off. From ice cream shakes to a scoop after dinner, Michael has definitely helped keep the District a little sweeter (and a little cooler) these past few months☀️🍦
