A small sample of some winter drinks for the winter menu at
First is the Spiced Orange old fashioned. Bulleit Bourbon pairs with a house-made vanilla simple, blood orange bitters and a splash of Fireball. Garnished with a dehydrated blood orange and cinnamon stick
Next is the Spiced Pear Gimlet. Aviation Gin infused in-house with Bartlett Pears and Gala Apples, a house made cinnamon simple and lemon juice, served chilled in a coupe glass with a house-dehydrated pear and lemon with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon
The last sneak peak is a Mexican Hot Chocolate Martini. Dorda chocolate liqueur, Tito’s infused with Serrano peppers and Saigon cinnamon, Aztec Cocoa bitters and an Arbol chipotle chile tincture, served with ground cinnamon and cocoa powder with an arbol chile and an adjustable heat level.
