In town for the long weekend? We just opened a few more spots for Sunday’s guest chef dinner at Airport Rooms with Boston’s acclaimed Peruvian restaurant, Rosa y Marigold. It’s about to be a Sunday Funday, complete with five courses of delicious food and lots of Margarita Moradas (made with chica, a Peruvian purple corn brew).

The countdown is on! Join us for a special guest chef dinner with Rosa y Marigold at the Airport Rooms on Labor Day Sunday. A little slice of Peru for one night only in the Berkshires. We’ll be pouring some delicious wines too.

After dinner, walk over to the Lodge at TOURISTS for a nightcap or two (it’s a long weekend, hey!)

On Labor Day Sunday, Boston’s Rosa y Marigold joins us for a special guest chef dinner at the Airport Rooms at TOURISTS.

Over a decade ago, chef JuanMa Calderón + architect Maria Rondeau began inviting strangers into their home for intimate dinner parties. Today, they’re behind some of New England’s most celebrated Peruvian restaurants, including Celeste and La Royal in Cambridge and Esmeralda at their home in Vermont. Rosa y Marigold is their newest venture in Boston’s Back Bay.

For one night only, they’re bringing their generous spirit to TOURISTS with a very special five-course tasting menu for $85 per person.

You’ll hear from owners JuanMa and Maria alongside their friend, artist Daniela Riviera Daniela Rivera whose large-scale paintings fill the walls of Rosa y Marigold. Together, they’ll share stories about food, art, and the creative collaborations that connect them. The timing is perfect: Daniela’s new exhibition has just opened at MASS MoCA.

Two seatings: 5pm and 7:30pm. Larger groups can be accommodated upstairs in one of our upstairs private dining rooms or outside by the river. Vegetarian and vegan options available.

Monday 7/13: Images Under the Stars presents: The Goonies at the Airport Rooms

Join us for an outdoor movie night on the big screen! Entry is free and seating is first come first served on the lawn outside our restaurant.

We’ll have drinks and movie concessions like hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, and candy. Movie starts when the sun sets, around 8:30pm. Bring your picnic blankets, bug spray and layers.
