RASPBERRY CLOUD βοΈπβ¨
Bright, botanical, and just the right amount of dramatic, This frothy absinthe sour blushes pink from fresh raspberries and lands in the glass like a cloud.
Made with our Absinthe Americane` (Raspberry-Lavender flavored Absinthe) + lemon, simple syrup, and egg white for that silky foam.
How to make it
π 2 raspberries (plus 1 for garnish)
π₯ 1 egg white
π 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
π― 3/4 oz simple syrup
π 1 oz Absinthe Americane`
(Optional: 2 dashes bitters)
Add ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake first, then shake again with ice, double strain into a chilled coupe, and finish with a raspberry on top.
