🍾 **LET’S TALK LEGAL ALCOHOL DELIVERY FOR WEDDINGS!** 🍾

We know there are SO many questions, so we took the most popular ones and answered them! 👇

**1️⃣ Who can legally deliver alcohol to a wedding?**
🥂 A liquor store following legal delivery requirements
🥂 Someone designated by the wedding party
🥂 A business with a Mixed Beverage License when the alcohol was purchased through them as part of their bar service

**2️⃣ Can a dry-hire bar service bring or take alcohol?**
🚨 **Absolutely NOT!** A dry-hire service cannot purchase alcohol for you, deliver it to the event, or take leftover alcohol with them. Doing so is illegal and can carry serious criminal consequences.

**3️⃣ How can liquor stores legally deliver?**
The delivery must follow Oklahoma requirements, including an authorized employee making the delivery and required store/license identification on the delivery vehicle.

**4️⃣ Can weddings do BYOB?**
Guests cannot bring their own cases, bottles, or coolers and drop them at the bar. However, the **wedding can purchase its own alcohol** and bring it or designate someone to transport it.

Alcohol must arrive in its **original, sealed packaging** and be left in the designated location for the event bartender to handle/open.

**5️⃣ Dry Hire vs. Mixed Beverage License—what’s the difference?**

🍹 **Dry Hire:** You purchase/provide the alcohol; they provide the bartending service. They cannot purchase, deliver, or take your alcohol afterward.

🍸 **Mixed Beverage License:** A properly licensed business can purchase alcohol through authorized wholesalers and, when purchased through them as part of their licensed bar service, can legally transport/provide that alcohol.

**Dry hire = we provide the service, YOU provide the alcohol!**

Nicholas booked me around 3-4 weeks ago for his wedding and I am so glad i was able to attend! Another beautiful reception that all of their friends definitely showed up for this lovely sweet couple!

He made all of the lazy susan’s on the tables, all of the serving trays that his wedding party personally served all of the guests with, And the food!!! It was amazing! I was lucky to get to bring of the lazy susan’s home❤️❤️

And for some that have not been to this venue..it was hand built by the owner himself!! It is beautiful and built for weddings!
