Dear Valued Patrons and Esteemed Community Members,

It is with a heavy heart that we reach out to you today concerning one of our valued team members, Dick Martin, and his family. We understand that many of you may have already heard the news, and we wanted to provide a comprehensive update and an opportunity for our community to rally together.

Recently, Dick's wife experienced a severe accident, sustaining significant burn injuries. She was immediately taken by ambulance to the Lincoln Burn Center for urgent, specialized medical attention. We've been informed that she is scheduled to be transferred to Modona's in Lincoln later this week to continue her extensive recovery process.

This tragic event has placed an enormous emotional and financial strain on Dick and his loved ones. Beyond the immense challenges of her recovery, Dick will be incurring substantial costs for travel, accommodation, and daily living expenses to remain by his wife's side during her hospitalization and rehabilitation in Lincoln.

We've been deeply moved by the outpouring of empathy and numerous inquiries from many of you, expressing a desire to assist during this profoundly difficult time. In response to this incredible community spirit, we have established a dedicated fund to directly support Dick with these expenses. Your contributions will ensure he can focus on being with his wife without the added burden of overwhelming financial stress.

We guarantee that all collected contributions will be transparently and entirely passed on to Dick to support his family during this critical period.

It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear Shari Steiner, who left us during the past week. Shari’s warmth and vibrant spirit touched so many lives, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

We invite you to join us as we honor Shari’s memory and celebrate her life.

A **visitation** will be held on **Sunday, August 9th, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM** at the Stonecek Funeral Chapel. Following the visitation, we will host a **Celebration of Life** at the 5th Street, where we can share cherished memories and stories of Shari.

The **funeral service** will take place on **Monday, August 10th, at 10:00 AM*.

After the service, a **luncheon reception** will be served at the the Eagles Club offering a continued opportunity for fellowship and remembrance.
