If you’ve spent any time at Barron Lakeside, there’s a good chance Stephanie already knows you—or will before you leave! She seems to know everyone, always has something to say, and brings just the right amount of spice…in the best possible way. 🌶️😉

Stephanie has been waitressing for an impressive 20 years and has also spent the past 13 years building RVs. She’s hardworking, quick-witted, and definitely knows how to keep things interesting!

She has been married for 13 years, and when she isn’t working—which honestly isn’t often—you’ll find her spending time with her family.

This fun group gets together throughout the year whenever they can, and we’re so glad their latest gathering brought them to our patio. They loved the atmosphere, food and staff—and said they’ll definitely be back!

🌊 MEET THE BARRON LAKESIDE CREW! 🌊
⭐ Team Spotlight: Staci Balos ⭐

If you’ve had the pleasure of being waited on by Staci, you already know her — sweet smile, friendly demeanor, and a genuine “What can I help you with?” attitude. 💙

Staci has been in the serving and bartending world for an impressive 30 years, but that’s just one of the many hats she wears!

📚 By day, she’s a 6th grade Special Education Teacher
🏀 She coaches 8th grade girls basketball
💍 She’s been married for 24 years
💙 And she’s a proud mom to a 14-year-old son

When she actually finds a little spare time, you’ll most likely find Staci cheering on her son at one of his sporting events or simply enjoying time with her family.

And, of course, we had to ask the important Barron Lakeside questions…

Staci brings years of experience, a whole lot of heart, and the kind of friendly personality that makes people feel welcome the minute they sit down.
