Savor, Niagara Falls Culinary Institute’s (NFCI) upscale dining restaurant, provides a real-world hands-on learning experience for students enrolled in the Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and Hospitality programs.

Our last day open this semester is Friday, 12/19.

We regret to inform you that both Savor and NFCI will be closed for repairs this week. (11/10-11/15) We will reopen on Friday, 11/21 with new students! We look forward to seeing you then! Have a safe week!

We apologize, but Savor will be closed this week. Our maintenance issue is much worse than we thought and we will be closed for repairs through Friday. We are hoping to be all fixed by Monday, October 27th. We hope to see you next week!

Unfortunately, our maintenance issue was not resolved as quickly as we had hoped. We will be closed again today, Saturaday, October 18th. We are hoping to be back open on Monday, October 20th. We apologize for any inconvenience.
