Hello Newton, you’ve heard them before, now you can see him at Moxie Community Pub!

Dustin played Newton’s Blues, Brews & BBQ in 2023, and this Saturday, Dustin Arbuckle & The Damnations will be back in town!

Kansas-born blues. Roots. Soul. Killer harmonica. The kind of live music that makes you very happy you left the house.

If you missed him last time, here’s your second chance.

Tuesday: Boozy Bookclub in collaboration with Twisted Bookstore. Discussion at 7, come early for a “special literary” cocktail and bring a pal for 2 for $20 LMNO Pizzas! If you haven’t read the book, no worries! You’re welcome to join in!

Wednesday: We’ll be chillin’. Come hang out.

Thursday: Trivia! One of your favorite Moxie bartenders is hosting: it’ll be “Golden”!

Friday: Live Music Happy Hour with musical Duo Avenue 22, dinner w Hot Rod Chicken, and Karaoke w Sara. We’ll also be celebrating the reunion of Sadie’s Dog Bar patrons w Julie and Stacie.

Saturday: New to Moxie, Johnnie’s Kitchen Food Truck will be on the patio. Then, returning to Newton, Dustin Arbuckle & The Damnations will be on the Moxie stage.

98° outside? No worries, we have a plan.

Come to Moxie Community Pub where the beer is COLD, the A/C is working overtime, and Whatevers Cookin is taking care of dinner.

Then, when the sun starts going down and Kansas remembers how lovely a summer evening can be, we’ll head out to the patio for sunset + LIVE MUSIC with Foolish Endeavors.

This popular music duo is making the trip to Newton up from the Wichita music scene to spend Saturday night with us. A cold drink, a Kansas sunset, and live music on the Moxie patio sounds like a pretty groovy endeavor.

It may be hot outside, but it’s super chill inside Moxie Community Pub on this September Friday night.

Live Music Happy Hour w Rita Mae H at the piano with Jaded Piano Covers from 5:30–7:30-ish. Singing songs you know (and probably a few you forgot you knew).

Then around 8-ish, Sara shares the mic for Karaoke. She’ll keep the songs going until the last note is sung.

AND… we have food.

LMNO Pizzas, and NEW TONIGHT: Moxie BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos, tortilla chips loaded with smoky pulled pork, warm queso, pickled jalapeños, red onions, green onions, BBQ drizzle and sour cream. $12, while they last.

Piano. Karaoke. Pizza. Loaded nachos. Cold beer. Good people.

How does it get any better than this?
