If so, you may be eligible to join the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Many veterans assume they don’t qualify for VFW membership simply because they never served in a traditional “combat zone.” But eligibility is based on qualifying service—and many veterans are surprised to learn that a medal or campaign ribbon they earned makes them eligible.
