TAVERN HOUSE KITCHEN + BAR is the creation of restaurateurs David Wilhelm and Gregg Solomon who have separately developed numerous Orange County restaurants over the past 25 years, including Kachina, Bistro 201, Barbacoa, Chat Noir, Saltwater Grill, Diva, Sorrento Grille and French 75. 🦪🔥 Our featured Marlborough oysters from New Zealand continue to be a huge hit at Tavern House!

And lately, more guests have been trying our signature baked version for the first time… with zero regrets 😏

We top them with a smoky-spicy chile, bourbon & BBQ butter, then bake them until plump and sizzling. Finished with a sprinkle of pecan wood smoked “bacon dust” and served with grilled garlicky sourdough to soak up every last drop of those incredible juices.
