er Chad Smith while on a fishing trip with friends. After a long day of scalloping on the Gulf Coast Chad and his friends came back to shore starving and ready for dinner. But the group was split on what to eat-- Mexican or Barbeque? And The Mad Mexican story starts there. Chad created a menu to combine family recipes with Tex-Mex boldness. With menu items like our BBQ Brisket Rueben, "Toxic" Catfish Tacos and our ever-popular PIMPP Quesadilla, one could say we've got the fusion down pretty well.

Hey Y’all! There’s been some changes for Porchfest. I WILL be playing on the 30th @ 4:30 PM at The Mad Mexican. The event was postponed for the artists outside due to weather. But again, I WILL be playing on the 30th! See y’all there! 🌮🎤
