So where are the Colbert’s tonight? We are at one of our favorite places with Spankey's Una Cafe the food great, the drinks great, our server Lexi the best!!! Actually all the staff are amazing. We miss the music, but we enjoy it so much better sitting in the crowd enjoying a drink, instead of running around in the crowd pouring drinks 😉😂😂. But we do miss seeing the faces we served for 4 years. It was so good seeing a few familiar faces. If you’re in Evansville tonight don’t forget to check out part 2 of Wine Fest. Part one was amazing, wish we had made it to see all the music♥️♥️

A local guy has advanced to the top 10. He was quoted as saying when asked about what his signature dish, “I want to cook really nice food, but not in a stuffy way,” he said. “Good food isn’t for the elite. Good food is for everybody.” sounds like a guy who follows my motto when we owned The Wine Down, it was a place where all was welcome, where everyone was treated equally, no matter who you were or what you had.
