I am going to say this about LBJ, I have been around professional athletes for the last 20 plus years. I have always said that we need to use our platform for something greater than wealth. Philanthropic missions give purpose greater than self. you dont have to be a pro athlete but you should be looking to give some of yourself to benefit others. This world would be a much better place if we did things like this. It doesn't have to be launching a school, giving millions like Bill and Melinda Gates small acts of random kindness go a long way. Kudos to you LBJ . Again what happened to athletes should just play sports?

Hello all.

I would like to thank you all for your support over the past several months as I worked through some of the challenges and obstacles of starting a new business.

It is with mixed emotions that I send this email. We will no longer be operating at 239 South Plank Road. Due to extensive issues with the property and getting the issues resolved with the property owners. Over the winter we had extensive leaks in the ceiling and water damage to our equipment and flooring. For the past several months I have worked with my attorney to get the issues resolved all without success.

We have looked at 2 new locations in the Town of Newburgh and one in the city of Newburgh today and will be securing a new location within the next week. While this is a setback we will use this brief time away to refine the business plan and come back stronger and better than before.

To my locker members your locker contents remain secure in our storage facility and will be put back into your lockers at the new location. All the locker members will be extended at the new location at 1/2 price renewal and you will be credited 2 months for the time we have lost.

At the Grand Opening Party I said that I am committed to making a great cigar lounge in the Hudson Valley and I will continue on that path. If you have any questions you can still call the lounge number (845)674-9485 or you can call me on my cell at (845)706-9808
