QXT's is New Jersey's longest running dark alternative dance club. For over 30 years our doors have been open, presenting our patrons with a variety of musical genres such as Alternative, New Wave, 80's, 90's, Goth, Industrial, Dark Wave, Goth, Post Punk and EBM. In addition to our spacious main dance floor, there are two additional rooms, each with a diverse musical flare. There are always a plethora of characters and unique personalities to compliment the inviting atmospheres QXT's creates. The club is open every Friday and Saturday night from 10pm until 3am. Admission is normally $10 between 10pm and 11pm (excluding special events) and $20 after 11pm. We have drink-specials that run from 10-11pm on non event nights. QXT's is also open on Wednesday evenings (doors open at 7pm) for Karaoke (FREE ADMISSION) and on Thursday & Sunday evenings for live musical shows, burlesque, comedy nights, open mic and many other events. Private events (weddings, birthday parties, movie and CDs release parties...) are scheduled and planned in advance - just contact us. Our new KITCHEN is now open every night, presenting a delicious and affordable menu. And look for our seasonal drink specials - not to be missed. QXT's is two blocks south of the Prudential Center (NJ Devils home). There is usually parking available on the street if you arrive early enough, but there are also additional pay lots within in a one block distance from the club which offer safe parking. We're also a very short distance from Newark Penn Station (PATH and NJ Transit) for anyone who might like to visit via public transportation.
