Summer Rosé Sangria with Plexus Sparkling Rosé

Ingredients
1 bottle (750 ml) Plexus Sparkling Rosé, chilled
4 oz pomegranate juice
3 oz fresh lemon juice
1–1½ oz simple syrup (instead of 2 oz granulated sugar; adjust to taste)
1½ oz Grand Marnier
½ oz Cognac or brandy
20 raspberries
8 large strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 red plums, pitted and sliced

Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine:
Pomegranate juice
Lemon juice
Simple syrup
Grand Marnier
Cognac or brandy
Add the raspberries, strawberries, and plums.

Refrigerate for 2–4 hours to allow the fruit to infuse.

Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled Plexus Sparkling Rosé and stir gently to retain carbonation.

Ingredients

1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2–3 oz chilled Plexus Sparkling White Wine

Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

Ingredients (1 serving)
1 serving/can of Plexus Sparkling Rosé (chilled)
½ cup lemonade (store-bought or homemade)

Peach Sorbet Sparkling Cocktail (Plexus Version)

Sweet. Bubbly. Delish.

Ingredients (1 cocktail)
1½ oz vodka
1 oz peach liqueur (such as peach schnapps or crème de pêche)
1 oz peach juice or nectar
2 generous scoops peach sorbet
3 oz chilled Plexus Sparkling White (instead of champagne)
Fresh peach slices, raspberries, or mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Add vodka, peach liqueur, and peach juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, place the peach sorbet into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Strain the shaken mixture over the sorbet.

Slowly top with chilled Plexus Sparkling White.

Garnish with fresh fruit if desired and serve immediately.

Tip: Since Plexus Sparkling White is softer and fruitier than traditional dry champagne, you may want to reduce the peach liqueur slightly (to ¾ oz) if you prefer a less sweet cocktail.
