Charred, crispy, bright & worthy of an extra long lunch!

Our Pulpo & Bravas brings together tender, smoky octopus, golden patatas bravas, smoked paprika, and a bright squeeze of lemon for a plate that’s savory, vibrant, and packed with flavor.

Pair it with a glass of Domaine Les Astrelles “Les Lares” Aligoté 2022 from Burgundy. Crisp citrus, lively acidity, and stony, saline minerality cut beautifully through the richness of the potatoes while complementing the char and bringing out the freshness of the lemon.

A little smoky, a little salty, and plenty zesty - the kind of pairing that immediately transports you to the Mediterranean.

Grape: 100% Aligoté
Region: Bourgogne Aligoté, Burgundy, France

In the glass, expect bright citrus, white fruit, delicate florals, and a distinct stony, saline minerality, with lively acidity and a fresh, persistent lemony finish. It has all the crispness we love from Aligoté, but with enough texture, structure, and roundness to make things interesting.
