Our Mexico Dinner Series returns on June 16! 🇲🇽
Led by Chef Juan Pajarito, who grew up in Puebla, this ongoing series explores regional Mexican cooking through personal memory, tradition, and seasonal inspiration.
At our first dinner, guests enjoyed dishes like mushroom al pastor tacos, green pipián with huitlacoche tamales, molotes, chile relleno, and chocolate tres leches. This next chapter will feature an entirely new menu, along with a curated selection of tequila and mezcal cocktails designed for the evening.
