There is one constant to Rose & Arrow -- Felipe Ramirez. Once a wunderkind - A decade in the dirt later - he stands firmly as one of Americas top winemakers. The acccolades are rolling in but he remains true. What an incredible treat to revisit this entire body of work with true lovers of wine. The next ten promise to be even greater. Epic night.

Down 22 Points in the 4th Quarter, the Knicks had a 99% of losing Game 1. 

But DA CLUB single-handedly brought them back to life with an international consortium of fans dragging our guys back into the fray. 

The GREAT VULCAN OF THE VOLCANO Giuseppe Russo visited us for the first time and shared his brilliant wines and signed the wall. Members, friends, all. DATS WHAT DA CLUB IS ABOUT.

What a way to celebrate 20 Years of New York Vintners.  Happy anniversary to us. 20 more and GO KNICKS.

Simonetta Valiani is the great-granddaughter of Ferruccio Biondi-Santi. Simonetta inherited the small parcel of vineyards and decided to start producing wine under the Le Chiuse name in 1993 with the help of her husband, Nicolò Magnelli, and their son, Lorenzo. Until then, the vineyards were rented to her uncle, Franco Biondi-Santi, which were at the time used exclusively for the iconic Biondi-Santi’s Riserva bottling. The vineyards are planted to the BS 11 Sangiovese clone, personally selected by Tancredi Biondi-Santi for these vineyards.

We were blown away to visit with Lorenzo Magnelli, the living incarnate of the great Biondi-Santi legacy, the Soul of Sangiovese. Keepers of the faith. Le Chiuse is TOP TOP.

Luca Di Marchi is everything that is right in the wine world. He makes wine for a legacy and cementing his place in the history of incredible producers who make the most judicious decisions from the vineyard all the way to the glass.

Proprietà Sperino is a profound tiny artisanal winery in Lessona in the far reaches of Alto Piemonte.
Luca's effort to restore his ancient familial cellars and restore greatness to this iconic viticultural area is nothing short of astonishing.  A few of us were lucky enough to be enraptured with his story and journey and try the full retrospective of wines. 

If you ever get the chance to share a glass of wine with Luca, you will not forget it.

When they say MASTER DISTILLER they are not kidding. An UNREAL EYE-POPPING experience with the great William Lowe... Oh and he is a Master of Wine to boot? The only double master in THE WORLD. 

These are the kind of experiences that make DA CLUB what it is. Truffle Gin and the only single bottle of Watenshi in New York gets to go home to a special friend. I’ll never look at gin the same again: TRUTH.
