WE’RE OPEN. ✨
Today is the day.
After months of planning, building, tasting, testing, dreaming, and bringing every detail to life, we’re officially opening our doors.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Friends & Family opening night. Seeing the room filled with familiar faces, laughter, great conversations, and so much support made it a night we’ll never forget.
We’re incredibly grateful to every family member, friend, partner, collaborator, and team member who helped make Yamakaski what it is today. This restaurant exists because of the passion, dedication, and belief of so many people, and we couldn’t have reached this moment without you.
We’re honored to become part of the FiDi neighborhood and the incredible fabric of New York City. This city inspires us every day, and we’re excited to finally share what we’ve been creating with all of you.
Our soft opening begins today, June 10, and reservations officially launch June 15.
Whether you’re stopping in for drinks, dinner, or your first taste of Yamasaki, we can’t wait to welcome you.
