Our Story

Founder Jerry Atkins was motivated by his wife Linda Atkins’ work and time spent in the Caribbean as well as South and Central America. He was inspired to create an environment that would embody the color, character and excitement she relished in the bar and cafe life of Latin American villages and cities.

Taking some inspiration from The RHUMERIE in Paris, which is renowned for welcoming guests of all ages and backgrounds in a space that never goes out of style, Fats Duvall’s Rhum Cafe serves an all-inclusive clientele in a colorful and cozy atmosphere that feels like your home away from home.
