To Our Beloved Patrons,

It is with a heavy heart to announce the closing of Fishing Restaurant ZAUO. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to introduce New York City to such an exciting "one-of-a-kind style dining experiences as well as delivering our unique hospitality to your table.

We thank all of our patrons for the love and support and "Thank you" for boarding our ship as we enjoyed sailing with each and everyone of you. Although it's time for all of us to disembark and end our journey here, but it is far from the end. We look forward to set sail with you again.

The fish arrived from Toyosu fish market. My favorite is mackerel !!!!
Shine-Saba(marinated mackerel) has silky smooth fat and it is very flavorful.
