Rosés, are the most versatile wines around. They have enough character not to be overwhelmed by most foods and the acidity to cut through the flavours and in particular salt. Rosé pairs well with a large variety of food; salads, seafood, BBQs, chicken and even a lot of Asian cuisine.
Most rosés are made from red grapes and with limited contact with the grapes skins, the colour turns pink. The more time in contact with the skins, the darker the rosé. Some wines are white and red blended.

This is an excellent special-occasion single malt from Suntory. Look for a bold, luscious butterscotch, note, enlivened by touches of stone fruit, lychee, and a faint hint of smoke. The buttery-soft texture and amber color with bright orange-gold highlights add to the luxe experience.
Deep amber copper color. Rich aromas of sautéed almonds, suede, figs, honeyed cereal, and milk chocolate with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a long, spice, grains, and earth layered finish. Impressive with great sherried wood character.

The Josh Cellars Cab is a fantastic red that gives off complex aromas of blackberry, plumb, vanilla, and spice that captures your interest right from the moment you remove the cork. Take a sip and you’ll instantly feel relaxed as you enjoy the taste of those plumb and blackberry flavors mixed with a smokey blend of maple wood as well as roasted almonds and hazelnuts. This may be a pretty bold and complex wine, but it is so welcoming to the palette that it’s perfect on its own or matched with any dish. The bottle did not last long in the presence of our tasting panel. We highly suggest picking up bottle on your way to that dinner party – or on your way home to enjoy on yourself.
