Since its opening both Tonèl’s restaurant and stages has been braced by countless legendaries, current and upcoming artists of Konpa, Zouk and Hip Hop & R&B Music such as Beethova Obas, , Makarios Cesaire Wyclef Jean, Buyu Ambroise, Bobby Raymond, Phantoms, Gracia Delva, Jocelyne Béroard, Tabou Combo, Melodi, Dola, Zafem Band just to name a few. Tonèl was created with the theme that values tradition and bringing the Haitian culture and total restaurant, club and bar experience back to East Flatbush in Brooklyn. Founders Jensen Desrosiers, Pierre Provilus and Lemy Raymond of the legendary band Phantoms; Tonèl and its staff is passionately dedicated to creating a restaurant theme that values tradition.
