Happy Taco Tuesday to all who celebrate! We are switching it up slightly today. Get 3 Taquitos + a margarita OR any two tacos from our menu + a margarita for $20. Our Murray’s Cheese Charcuterie Board has been on our menu since day one. It’s one of the staples here at your favorite neighborhood joint! It’s stacked with a selection of cheeses & cured meats, plus all the salty, sweet and crunchy extras. We have 8 to choose from. Our current selection consists of Finnochiona, Bresaola, Tasso Ham, Prosciutto, Aged Irish Cheddar, Aged Goat Gouda, Epoisses and Leonora a Fuego. Today, and every September 11th, we’re reminded just how grateful we are to live, work, and be part of this incredible city.

The Jeffrey has always been about more than food and drinks. We’re proud to offer a third space — a place outside of home and work where neighbors become friends, strangers share a pint, and our little corner of New York feels like a community.

On this date every year, we’re reminded of the strength, resilience, kindness, and spirit that make New York unlike anywhere else in the world. We didn’t exist 25 years ago but We strive to embody those same qualities in the way we operate. We fall short often but the intent is there.

We’re incredibly proud to call this city home, and we wouldn’t want to live, work, or serve our community anywhere else. Today we raise a glass to our first responders - in particluar our neighbors from the Yorkville Firehouse who lost nine of their brethren on this day 25 years ago.

Whatever your mode of transport is, we are here to welcome you to your Neighborhood Joint! We open at 4pm, launching right into Happy Hour until 7pm.

We also have our Burger + Beer special for $20 tonight. Choose from our Jeffrey Smash-burger (made with 2 x 3.5oz Patrick LaFrieda Patties, our 7oz dry aged LaFrieda burger, our Beyond Meat (plant based/vegetarian friendly) burger or our Pickle Brined fried chicken sandwich. Some views just never get old! We are coming up on 13 years at The Jeffrey, and somehow this view of the the bar lined with guests still feels just as special as it did in the beginning.

Thousands of beers poured, countless conversations, first dates, a few breakups 😬, old friends, new friends, celebrations, late nights, big games and plenty of stories along the way.

Almost 13 years in, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who’s pulled up a stool and been part of it. Here’s to many more. And while we’re at it, here’s to Dolly 🍻
