Taking away indoor dining in NYC & closing bars, most specifically Alfie’s Place. It’s all about our people & our staff more than anything....A staff who has been so dedicated & loyal & who have families that were depending on their job & paychecks to support those families are now suffering.
Alfie’s has been a home for all of the people, a staple in this neighborhood & we took care of our patrons day in and day out for over 50 years. To see our amazing team and patrons go away, there are unfortunately no words to explain the heartbreak. Makes no sense we can drive 5 miles north to grab a drink and a meal while sitting at a bar, while in my own neighborhood at my own establishment Cuomo deems it a danger & you can catch COVID.

Tomorrow Mikey Boose is behind the stick from 12-6pm. Joseph A. Rychlicki will be cooking up his delicious smoked Brisket, pulled pork & fixins. First come first serve starting at 1:30pm. We will be finishing off the night with Chris behind the bar 6pm-midnight. NFL game ticket & all games will be available both inside and outside the bar. Outside seating available with TVs. Looking forward to seeing everyone. 😷

In addition to showing their lack of respect to law-enforcement and to further protest Bronx Brewery anyone who records of video of them dumping their Bronx brewery beer down the toilet and post it on this page will get a free beer of their choice when we reopen, on Me. Don’t support these idiots by going out to buy a beer from their company just to make the video that defeats the whole purpose. If you have one in your fridge and want to show support pour it down the bowl where belongs with the rest of the waste.
