This week, East meets South with guest collaborator Travis Post serving up Virgilā€™s Black Vinegar Honey Spare Ribs. Slow-smoked spare ribs brushed with a sweet & tangy black vinegar-honey glaze, topped with cilantro and chili garlic oil. Served with two house-made sides.

Over on the West Coast, Bubbaā€™s Smoked Rib Sando is stackinā€™ up slow-smoked ribs, house BBQ sauce, pickles, and pickled red onions on a toasted hoagie roll with fries on the side.
