The Ugly Kitchen reunion was loud and full and exactly what it was supposed to be, Two nights, full tables, a lot of faces we hadn’t seen in way too long.

Thank you to everyone who came through, had the food they’ve been wanting, stayed past last orders and caught up like no time had passed.

Same time next year. The drinks will be cold, the food will be good, and we’ll make a few more memories to talk about at the next one.

Ugly Kitchen was never just a bar. It was a home away from home — the kind of place where you stayed longer than you planned, met people who became part of your life, and made memories with everyone who came through those doors.

This October 10 & 11, Aristotle Tuazon is bringing everyone back together at 87 Ludlow | Filipino Spanish Tapas Bar | NYC Lower East Side for the Ugly Kitchen Reunion.

Binagoongang bagnet. Fried pork isaw. Bangus sisig. Kansi, beef salpicao, bicol express, calderetang kambing, the ones you used to fight your friends over the last plate of. All of it’s back for one weekend.
