Girlsalon, hosted by Janine Avril, is a forum for both established and emerging le***an,gay, bisexual, q***r, transgender and feminist artists and writers. For booking, please email Janine at [email protected] . We welcome writers, musicians, comedians, dancers, performance artists, filmmakers, and visual artists. There is a new date for the summer Girlsalon at Branded Saloon. It will actually be Wednesday, July 25th at 7pm and it will be before a new ladies night the venue is having. The show is going monthly again in July, so I'm actively looking for writers, musicians, comedians, visual artists, etc to book through 2012. There will be six people each month who perform for fifteen minutes each. Spread the word. Thank you!!! Janine

If you're interested in performing at Girlsalon in the future or know someone who is, please email me and send your bio/contact info. There will be a Girlsalon planning meeting tonight to gear up for Girlsalon being monthly with around 6 performers per month. (Branded Saloon). Right now, we need as many names of lgbtq performers, writers, comedians, musicians visual artists, etc that we can reach out to. Please support this community building effort. Thank you! Janine
