Wild ink’s Story

Wild ink is the first international location for London based, premium hospitality group, rhubarb food design. Helmed by Executive Chef Peter Jin; Wild ink, an Asian-inspired restaurant with an international approach. The concept is inspired by a Chefs travel – the idea that every time one of our chefs visits a new country they are inspired to create a new dish using new flavors and techniques. At Wild ink we want to create a dining experience that people return for; plates and bowls of delicious food, lovingly created, served by passionate and brilliant people surrounded by the most beautiful design. That is Wild ink in its simplest form – a restaurant you want to return to.
