Perfect weather to go out and enjoy a glass or two or three, of one of life's simple pleasures - Mezcal, Mexico’s oldest and boldest spirit!

"The word “mezcal” comes from the Aztec word mexcalli, which combines metl (meaning maguey, aka agave) and ixcalli (meaning cooked). The literal translation of mezcal is “cooked agave.” - Time Inc

And to pair try los Tacos de Camaron - Mexican blue prawn, glazed with mezcal grasshopper, guacamole, cabbage, chile de arbol and red wine.
