DJ Tikka is spinning TONIGHT for a last stomp at our humble lil' spot. Come through and get down as we remember back to when Tikka held court on Fridays with & even earlier than that when she threw her Thursday parties. We are so honored to have her come back and play one last set for us. We love you all family! We have been so fortunate. Cheers to all and let's enjoy this last month together!

Back in 2005, two ladies crossed paths while working in a dive bar together. They forged a friendship, wrote a business plan, & ultimately opened Sweet Revenge in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn in 2008. Despite name changes (hello, One Last S**g!), mud-wrestling competitions, hurricanes, and countless other shenanigans & natural disasters, our community was overwhelmingly supportive throughout the years and stuck by us.

So it is NOT with heavy hearts, but with the same vigor, bounce, & exhilaration we felt when beginning our entrepreneurial adventure, that we now have new plans for the future. Dare we say we are coming out of our closet and letting the world know we have decided to part ways with OLS and move on to new projects!

To our incredibly loyal family, starting back from demo & build-out, when you all would stop by asking “is this going to be a bar?”, to those who christened our seats on the day we opened, to those who supported us both with and without our beautiful backyard, and now to those who will dance on our floor in our final days: we love you so much and could never have done this without you.

To the talented, wonderful staff we’ve been lucky enough to call family for the last 8 years: you all have touched our hearts in ways we will never forget. Your dedication and tireless support is unparalleled to anything we have experienced before or could ever ask for. Each and every one of you is so special to us and we love you dearly.

We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to have created a community and collective. To have made a home for all us weirdos, crazies and eclectics. For those just looking to advance their dancing skills or to show off their most audacious new wigs… goddamn we salute you and we will miss you.

Please come spend our last month with us before we close our doors on Wednesday, August 31st, 2016!!!!!!
