Not all superheroes wear capes—some wear tool belts, and help build a business from the ground up in exactly 28 days. 🛠️⚡A massive shoutout to my father-in-law. When we set out to open this place, the timeline seemed impossible. But he stepped up, showed up every day before the sun even came up, put in endless hours of sweat and heavy lifting, and pulled off a 28-day miracle to get our doors open.Fast forward to today, we are 15! Thank you!

Le Paddock turns 15 today! It’s hard to believe it’s been 15 years since we first opened our doors.

To our amazing customers—both those who have been with us since day one and those who just discovered us yesterday—thank you for making us a part of your lives. And to our incredible staff, past and present: your hard work, energy, and dedication are the true heart of Le Paddock.
We couldn’t have reached this milestone without every single one of you. Thank you for everything, and here’s to many more years together!
