It is with regret that we have to announce the end of Milk & Hops Ramen Bar, effective immediately.
We played it to the bone. We poured our hearts and souls into making this bar thrive. And, for a little while from 2019 to early 2020, it looked like we were on the path to something great. Unfortunately, we never regained enough of our regulars after people fled the neighborhood or moved to working from home at the start of the pandemic.
We will forever be grateful to the customers who visited us regularly over the past year, as we are for those who once stood three deep at the bar during events of the beforetimes. It's bittersweet that New York City is reopening as the expenses of the pandemic come due and force us to make a difficult decision, but we choose to remember the better days rather than dwell on the circumstances of our closing.
