Each bottle, vintage, variety and region begs to be nothing more than what it is. Unfortunately, many good, decent hard working w**es are forced to pretend to be something they’re not. By being marketed to suite the latest craze, or being forced to live in the same bottle with other varieties that they just don’t get on with. The list of deceptions decent w**es are manipulated into knows no bounds. A dry, slightly caustic w**e should be free to be what it is and to be appreciated for it’s point of view. The words on the bottle aren’t going to change anything. A big flirty red wants to reveal itself at a party. A flowery feminine white loves good company - the sunshine. A reserved well dressed Ribera del Duero doesn’t do daytime. We respect that. We’re Vinos Libres. And we love w**e. We believe in giving it the freedom to be what it was born to be. Wines that know where they come from, aren’t afraid to act their age, or pretend to be upstanding citizens - when they are natural born Rabble Rousers...
