In this industry, we show up — no matter what’s going on behind the scenes. The kitchen gets hot, the team finds rhythm, and the day begins. It’s a beautiful kind of consistency — something I’ve come to lean on.

These past months, I’ve quietly gone through some personal losses. I didn’t talk much about them. Not because I didn’t feel them — but because sometimes, it’s hard to find the words when the heart is still catching up.

Grief has a strange way of working. It shows you who and what really matters — the bonds, the presence, and yes, the absence too.

But even in those quiet, painful moments, I’ve kept going. And now, little by little, I’m getting back on my feet.
Not in some dramatic way — just steadily. Honestly. With a deeper appreciation for the people and moments that bring light.

The kitchen helps. The work helps. The people help.
And to those who’ve shown up — checked in, supported from near or far, or simply stood with me in spirit — I see you. I thank you.

Shaved fennel, juicy orange, wild arugula, toasted almonds, and a drizzle of mint oil.
Crisp, citrusy, and full of good vibes.
