GrandLife's award-winning mixologist Jeremy Oertel whips up a Vieux Carre, the most famous variation on the Sazerac. The ingredients: 1 dash Peychaud 1 dash Angosturra Bitters 1 tsp Benedictine Liqueur 1 oz Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey 1 oz Sweet Vermouth 1 oz VSOP Cognac 1 Lemon Twist Directions: Add liquid ingredients to chilled mixing glass, followed by ice. Stir for 15 seconds before straining into ice filled chilled rocks glass. Zest lemon twist and garnish.
