In an effort to support local distilleries, we’re now dedicating a whole section of our cocktail menu at & to Negroni made with at least two New York State products. Tonight’s addition is “The Upstate Negroni” featuring Isolation Proof Gin and Method Vermouth. It might be our new favorite.
