Lemon Pepper Chimichurri Wings with brown butter, celery and a smoked Alabama white sauce

Our wings are a three day process. We start by curing them overnight with herbs & spices. The next day we confit them for 4 hours and let them cooldown and mellow out in the fat overnight.

While that’s happening we’re dehydrating lemons, toasting milk powder and other goodies for the spice mix.

We make a luscious aioli in house, mount it with buttermilk, spices and smoke it with hickory for that smokey flavor we all love.

For service, the wings are fried until glassy, tossed with brown butter, our lemon pepper chimi spice mix & plated over our smoked alabama white sauce.

Trust us folks, this is not one to be missed.

Our new Dry Aged Burger has been selling out every week and some folks haven’t had the chance to try it.

So this week we plan on giving out 5 burgers for FREE on Wednesday, it is a first come, first serve situation! Who knows, maybe we will up the quantity to 10 if we’re feeling generous.

Tip your server/bartender, order a happy hour beverage, post us on your story and the burger is on us! Oh! And it comes with hand cut fries :)
