It’s been so fun reconnecting with our hummus loving friends, and making new ones too! More hummus deliveries going out this Thursday, DM to get yours! $20 minimum order gets you a family sized portion of hummus with green tahini, spicy schug. $1 extra for those perfectly cooked eggs!

Happy new year friends! We miss you, and can’t wait to see you all again. We’d like you to know that Alef is still looking for the right space to bring our food and drinks back to you, but in the meantime…due to popular demand, we’ll be making our now famous hummus, and delivering it in Brooklyn every week!

On October 1, our pop up collaboration with HaSalon comes to an end. It has been an amazing year filled with new friends, creativity, music, and the best hummus in town! Please join us for some farewell cocktails throughout the month, and save the date for Alef’s grand finale on October 1! There will be live music and drink specials all night! Thank you for making this experience so special, we have loved being part of the Hell’s Kitchen community! We will continue to do catering and offsite events while we look for a more permanent home for Alef - stay tuned!

Tickets for our first two interactive cooking & cocktail classes is now available! (Link in bio) Join us on either June 29th or July 6th (more dates will be available down the road) for Kita Alef: a two hour hands on class featuring some of our favorite classic middle eastern dishes and cocktails! Learn how to shake, stir and pour like an old bar pro and impress even your pickiest friends with your new culinary knowledge. Great first date (or date night) activity, perfect for a group of friends, or bring your work team and we’ll get that ice broken in no time. Our DMs are open with any questions or if you want to explore setting up a private class!

Coming soon! Alef will be hosting interactive cocktail and cooking classes every Wednesday evening! Tickets will be sold through Learn how to make delicious cocktails and Middle Eastern salatim (mezze) during this 2 hour class. Keep an eye out for tickets going on sale soon! And in the meantime, join us for drinks and live music this weekend! Friday night there will be a DJ + live percussion from 8:30-11:30pm. Saturday continue their residency, and this week special guest will be joining us for some BELLY DANCING 💃🏻 So many fun things to look forward to - see you at Alef!

Looking for a fun plan this weekend? We have not one but two nights of live music coming up! Habbina Habbina will be playing Friday and Saturday nights from 8-11pm! Can’t make it for the music? Join us for happy hour! We will be closed for a private event tonight (Wednesday) and open for our normal hours Thursday-Saturday from 5pm-late!

We serve it with a bouquet of freshly cut vegetables and the world’s fluffiest pita from Believe us when we say you won’t find better hummus on this side of the Atlantic!
