The art of antipasti in Italian 🇮🇹

From aged Prosciutto di Parma with fresh cantaloupe and mozzarella di bufala, to burrata and mortadella over pistachio pesto, and yellowtail tuna carpaccio alla puttanesca - a few beautiful beginnings, best enjoyed around the table.

At Salumeria Rosi, every bite tells a story of Italian tradition, crafted to be savored slowly and shared generously.

There’s something special about the traditions that grow around a table. What started as a birthday lunch has become one we look forward to every year 🎂🥓🐾

Marley’s 8th birthday called for salumi, grissini, and a seat at the table - just as tradition has it. Happy 8th, Marley!
