The Lowdown in Spanglish:

♦️¿Qué es?: Natural compounds from grape skins, seeds, and stems that give wine its estructura.

😜The Feeling: If your mouth feels dry or "grippy" (esa sensación de sequedad), that’s the tannin. It’s all about texture, not taste!

🍷The Pairing: Tannins love fat. They are the perfect pareja for a juicy steak or rich cheeses.
