Spring is slowly waking up our vines back home in Switzerland. 🌿
These slopes, overlooking Leman Lake are where the magic begins for every bottle we pour at the bar.

In March, the vines are pruned, the sun starts to warm the stone walls, and the first buds are just around the corner. It takes this unique terroir—and a lot of Swiss patience—to bring you that perfect glass of Chasselas.
