Meet our amazing lead bartender, Georgia Panteli! ✨

Georgia has been part of our team since we opened our doors last year and is the creative force behind our cocktail menus. Her favorite creation? The Dunya, made with jasmine-infused vodka and house-made jasmine syrup.

When she’s not behind the bar, you’ll find Georgia practicing tae kwon do, writing poetry, or painting.
